For Valentine's Day this year, give the one you love the gift of less - less you and less them. Rather than chocolates and a decadent dinner, consider giving each other the gift of fitness. Maybe invest in a yoga class you take together, matching MP3 players loaded with motivational songs, or a date with a nutritionist. Losing weight not only helps you look and feel better, most likely your sex life will improve significantly, say researchers from Duke University. Apparently, even if you lose just ten percent of your bodyweight, the quality of your sex life will improve. The couple that jogs together...
