![]() What a Difference a Little Sweat Can Makeby WiredBerries Editors — March 17, 2008The difference a workout can make in my mental state and self esteem is incredible. No matter what I've eaten or which jeans I'm wearing (the skinny ones or the baggy ones), if I've exercised, I feel like I look pretty good. But if it's been few days since I've sweat it out a bit, I feel like a big 'ol pud. Though I probably look the same to passersby, my head just isn't clear and my spirit starts to falter if I haven't taken the time to workout. It seems to matter very little if I go for a good run or a long walk, if I spend some time lifting weights or doing yoga - as long as I am pushing myself even a little, I feel good. Kinda makes me wonder why I ever skip a chance to feel good. Comment on this Post
