Yoga for Your Wrists?

by WiredBerries Editors — March 5, 2008

In the past week, I've heard stories from three different people about sufferers of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS), which got me thinking about how much time I spend plinking away at the keyboard and maneuvering my mouse. Curious about preventative measures, I started researching ways to slow the onset of CTS. Turns out that yoga can be an effective way to reduce the pain of CTS and help prevent it from worsening. Consider adding poses such as downward-facing dog, plank, and arm balances to your morning and evening routine to offset any damage from a day spent at your desk.
