![]() Healthy Addictionby Christina Ranon — August 3, 2008This may sound like circular logic, but the more you exercise, the more you want to do it. When I first started working out regularly, I found myself fatigued after about 20 minutes walking on a treadmill. I couldn't imagine actually wanting to exercise, and I pretty much had to force myself to just keep doing a little every day. Over the past 3 years, my fitness has improved dramatically and I really enjoy and look forward to going to the gym. I've read similar stories in fitness magazines and articles, so this doesn't seem to be an uncommon result. The progress you make in the gym or wherever you choose to work out can really be inspiring. Comment on this Post
