Lose your sunglasses on your head for the third time today? Can't remember if you took your multi-vitamin this morning? In our busy lives, we're constantly in information overload and can feel the mental effects of the barrage. To boost your memory powers, you can help your brain stay in shape the same way you tone your bum - by exercising! Try a new activity, like learning a new instrument or language; go somewhere you've never been, like that coffee shop a few blocks away or Costa Rica; and cozy up to the challenge of that Sunday crossword puzzle. Forcing your brain to think in a different way is beneficial to your memory - and makes life so much more interesting!
