Breaking the Label Code

This interactive learning program offers information to help you plan a healthful diet while managing calorie intake. There are exercises to show you how to employ food labels to make good decisions about which food choices are right for you. Then again, you can't go wrong with a good ol' fashioned organic apple, right?
