To avoid passing the time with a gut-ache-inducing greasy fast food meal at the airport, plan ahead and bring some healthy snacks: Raw nuts (but keep the portions to about 1/4 cup) and soy nuts And invest the money you've saved on junk on a bottle of water to help you stay hydrated and healthy while traveling.
