Fearless Fridays

Hankering to bust out of a routine or try something new, make the goal of spending one Friday a month being fearless:

  • Ask someone on a date
  • Talk to your boss about a pay raise
  • Tell your significant other "I love you" for the first time
  • Go to work with an outfit that you love but you are scared to wear due to fear of judgment from others (nothing unprofessional, of course)
  • If you are bothered by a friend's actions, tell them
  • Get a new hairstyle
  • Sign up for a dance, theatre, or art class
  • Apply for a new job that will lead you to a better job or career change
  • Ride the bus for the first time
  • Go somewhere unfamiliar and explore
  • Sleep with the night light off
  • Schedule a dentist appointment
  • Share your dreams and passions with a close friend
  • Introduce yourself to someone you have been trying to meet and start a new friendship
  • Wear those sexy stilettos that live in your closet but have yet to make a debut
