For example, the clinic gives an A rating, meaning there is strong scientific evidence to support supplement and dietary Omega-3 acid intake, for the treatment and prevention of high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and high cholesterol. In addition, recent studies suggest that Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil may be helpful in maintaining a healthy mind and fighting off depression.
