Pep in Your Step

by WiredBerries Editors — November 19, 2008

Grey skies and cold weather can leave you feeling like hibernating until spring. To put the pep back in your step, try engaging your brain in a new activity. The early darkness and cold weather makes winter a great time to take a dance class or join a reading group. If you feel unmotivated to do much of anything, pulling yourself off the couch is the best way to gain more energy. Any activity that gets you moving will help keep you moving! If all you can muster is the energy to meet friends for a bit of socializing, that too will help boost your overall energy. Any activity that lifts your spirits will help keep your motor charged, so meet your girls for dinner and dancing with lots of laughing.
