Is There Such a Thing as Three-Ingredient Meatloaf?

by WiredBerries Editors — November 2, 2007

In an effort to stop eating takeout - or leftover takeout -- for dinner every night, I checked out "Recipes 1-2-3" by Rozanne Gold (Viking) from the library (unable to commit to the idea of actually buying a cookbook). I was shocked to discover not only that the recipes truly contained only three ingredients but also that they were delicious and I could make them. I even made an amazing meat loaf with only, that's right, three ingredients! True to geek form, I looked up the cookbook to see what others had thought, and found a New York Times reviewer that agreed that this cookbook is genius. So if you're short on time and skills in the kitchen but would like an alternative to another night of greasy noodles, check out this book!
