![]() Wickedly Good Sunday Brunchby Deborah English — January 19, 2008A lazy drawn-out Sunday Brunch packed with the delicious fruit and nut flavors you love will set you up for a day of well-deserved rest and relaxation. But don't forget to take a walk after breakfast! Winter Fruit, Honey and Nut Crumble Baked Fruit Nut Crumble Preheat the oven to 160°C. Drain the fruit, keeping some liquid in reserve to prevent the fruit drying out. Combine all of the baked fruit ingredients and place on an oven tray. Bake for 30 mins. Mix the Nut Crumble ingredients together. Spread on a flat oven tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. To serve, place the warm fruit in serving bowls and top with the crumble. Grill until lightly toasted. Top with a dollop of berry yoghurt and enjoy! If you want to be a complete hedonist, print this recipe off, and convince your partner to cook it for you!
