Hi, I am a 47 yr old femal. I wonder about if this diet would be good for me or not? I had a complete hystorectomy 1 year ago. I have had problems with exercise because of a past spin injury, and I have fibromyalgia. I have gained most of my weight in my thighs. I suffer from weakness and CFS. I also have a very low income, and find organic is hard to aford. Greetings, I am very interested in the anti-estrogenic diet, and have one concern. I am 59 years old, very active and had a complete hystorectomy 10 years ago. I have been on hormone replacement therapy, 0.5 mg. of estrodoil since. When I go on this diet, should I continue to take the medication? Thank you to anyone that can help me in this decision. I am a 32 year old female and have been doing the diet six days and have had so much more energy and feel better all around. In addition, I have lost close to 8 pounds. My goal is around 12. I have been trying to lose weight for some time now and nothing has worked...even going to the gym for 1 1/2 a day, five days a week. I think this diet is for everyone. The author is brilliant.
