![]() Famous Artichoke Dipby Laura Donnelly — May 31, 2007Everyone has had some version of this dip. It's fast and easy, and you can always have the ingredients on hand in your pantry and refrigerator. If you are feeling extravagant, add 1/2 pound of jumbo lump crabmeat to it! Makes 1 and 1/2 cups 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix all ingredients in medium-sized bowl. 3. Place in a small gratin dish or casserole (so the layer of dip is about 1-inch thick). 4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until nice and bubbly around the edges. Serve with simple water crackers.

Always wanted the recipe for this yummy dip. I've had it in restaurants, but now I can make it myself! I am not a fan of curry powder. What would make a good substitute? Comment on this Post
