The authors, Sheila Lukins and Julie Rosso, published this book 25 years ago and it has just been re-issued. Named after their charming little food shop on Columbus Avenue in New York City, this book is full of original, foolproof, and sophisticated recipes. Tapenade Dip Makes 1 and 1/2 cups 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives Puree first 8 ingredients, then drizzle in olive oil while still pureeing to make a fluffy sauce. Add mayonnaise if desired. This is great with crudites, on toasted baguettes, sandwiches.....
