Super Easy Late-Night Sweet Treat

by WiredBerries Editors — October 24, 2007

Okay, so you're not really a stellar cook--you use your oven for storage--and there's no way you'd usually attempt baking, but you're in your pjs and you're craving something sweet and another bowl of Fruit Loops isn't gonna cut it. Try the easiest cookie recipe on the planet and you'll be enjoying delicious warm peanut butter cookies in 15 minutes.

Super Simply Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 to 1 cup sugar (depends how sweet you like 'em)
1 egg

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the tree ingredients and drop spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 6 to 8 minutes.

The cookies will be really soft when you take them out of the oven, but will get a bit more solid after resting a few minutes on the counter. Pour a giant glass of milk, cue up the next episode of The Hills, and enjoy!
