Apple-Banana Smoothie

Our smoothie of the week comes from Clare Schirmer of Teaneck, NJ.

1/2 cup pure orange juice
1/4 cup low fat milk
1 whole banana, chopped into 4 pieces
1 whole apple, peeled and chopped into 4 pieces

Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend on medium speed for 20 seconds. Serves one.
