Avocado Face Freshener

by WiredBerries Readers — February 6, 2007

Corinna Underwood of Rome, GA, swears by an avocado-carrot mask to "help reduce signs of aging, such as liver spots and wrinkles." Carrot, she notes, is high in beta-carotene and anti-oxidant vitamins while avocado is a rich source of vitamin E. You make the mask in a blender by combining a chopped carrot with its peels, a pitted and peeled avocado, and a tablespoon of honey. Spread the mixture over your face and neck and relax for 15 minutes, then rinse off and pat your skin dry with a warm towel.
