![]() Super Sparkling Dishesby WiredBerries Readers — February 20, 2007If you're stuck with hand washing dishes, or just want the shiniest plates and glasses ever, Madeleine Harter-Leahy of Chico, CA, suggests this tip: Fill a tub with two gallons of hot water and add 1/2 cup of white vinegar. After you wash the dish, place it in the tub for a quick soak. "This not only removes any lingering soap, but gets rid of residual grease and spots," she writes. "The rinse adds only a couple of minutes to the chore, and the results are great."
