![]() Tomato Paste Tipby WiredBerries Readers — February 19, 2007"Since I live alone, my recipes often call for small amounts of perishable ingredients, resulting in much waste," writes Vicki Sheeler. "One trick I have found is to save tomato paste by measuring the remains of a can into 1 tablespoon servings on sheets of plastic wrap, which I then fold up tightly and place in the freezer. The tomato paste is then conveniently measured and ready to go for next time."
