Banana Smoothie

Our smoothie of the week comes from Gretchen Lindall of Detroit, MI, and is loaded with potassium (about 620 mg.), a great natural antidote for high blood pressure.

1 banana, sliced
1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 Tablespoon honey

Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
