"To keep the deep black in your noir wardrobe during washing," writes Mary Webb of Seattle, WA, "turn the items inside out, and toss in one to two tablespoons of salt when you add detergent to the wash cycle. Let the detergent and salt dissolve before adding clothes to the washer." Your basic black items will keep that inky look longer.

Yummy Smoothie
Any flavor of non fat yogurt(8 oz. per person), 1/2 c. orange juice, add fresh fruit...twist of lemon or lime, ice cubes....blend all together...pour into glasses..you can add fresh fruit on top and or granola.
