Chocolate-Banana Smoothie

Here's a high-potassium, low-fat smoothie your kids are sure to love.

1 banana, cut into chunks
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 medium cup of low-fat milk
1 medium cup of crushed ice

Whir all ingredients in a blender or food-processor. Serves one generously.
