Cranberry-Mango Smoothie

Stacy Larsen of Portland, OR, offers a spring-cleaning smoothie chock full of cranberries, which help prevent urinary tract infections and lower cholesterol.

Serves 2

1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
