![]() High-Protein Fruit Smoothieby WiredBerries Readers — March 6, 2007Our smoothie of the week is adapted from the Wild Oats website and is chock-full of protein and fiber. 1 scoop organic whey or soy protein powder Mix all ingredients in a blender and whir until smooth. You can replace the blueberries with 1/2 fresh mango or papaya or frozen tropical fruits, and replace the juice with pomegranate or cranberry juices. Serves one generously.
