Coffee Smoothie

Here's an eye-opening coffee smoothie from Dana Albright of Dallas, TX, that doubles as a delicious breakfast on the go.

3-4 Tablespoons instant coffee
2 cups low-fat milk
1 cup vanilla yoghurt
1 sliced banana

Blend first three ingredients, then add banana and blend. Serves two generously.
