Easy as Pie

For easier pie-crust rolling, Shana Edwards of Newport News, VA, suggests placing the dough between two sheets of freezer paper. “The paper is translucent enough that you can see the dimensions as you roll it out,” she writes. “And the dough won’t stick to the paper, so you won’t need extra flour.”
