Freezer Freedom

by WiredBerries Readers — May 3, 2007

"I like to buy in bulk or catch the sales when they are happening," writes Kelly Haigh. "That means my freezer is almost always full. To keep on top of what I have, I use a small magnetic dry-eraser board and put it on the fridge/freezer. I write the contents and adjust when I take something out or put something in. How does this help? When I'm making dinner or shopping, I don't have to spend an extra five to ten minutes digging in my freezer and freezing my hands off to find out what's there. I just look at the board and see what I have."
