Raspberry-Hibiscus Smoothie

Stacy Larsen of Portland, OR, offers a dairy-free smoothie packed with vitamin C, antioxidants, and a healthy dose of folic acid.

1 cup strong hibiscus tea (Celestial Seasonings Red Zinger)
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh mint
2 Tablespoons honey

Blend until smooth. Serves one generously.
