Smoothie of the Week

Our very berry smoothie of the week is from Jackie Valerius of Stillwater, MN.

1 cup low fat milk
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
3 Tablespoons sugar, honey, or applesauce
1 cup ice cubes

Place first four ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend again. This recipe serves three and tastes great with any berry/fruit combination (pineapple, kiwi, blueberry, blackberry, cranberry etc.)
